A finished tote

I started this Twister Tote back on August 8th.  My mom had a different pattern for a tote and so we decided to work on them together.  So on the Friday we started working on them.  Most of the prep work for both of the bags was the fusible batting to help the bag hold it's shape and for my bag I had to make the twister panel first.

We didn't finish the totes that day, as we ended up having to go out for something and by the time we got back it was time to prepare dinner.  The following week though, I manage to get my tote fully assembled with two inner pockets on each side.  Here is the front:

Here is the back:

It didn't turn out bad.  It's a nice size.  Large, but not overly large and the handles are just the right size to carry it over your shoulder or from you hand, without it touching the ground....for me anyways....I guess it depends on how tall you are...lol.

My daughter has already claimed this tote for herself...lol.  Oh well, guess I'll have to just make another.

Take care everyone.
