Colour Crazy quilt

I feel like I have a bit more control these days with my quilting progress.  I'm not getting too many completed, however I am keeping up with my required amount of blocks per week.  So that makes me happy.  As of today, I am done with those blocks on my list.

Since I was done the required blocks, I decided to take some time to play with my Colour Crazy quilt.  Yesturday I did these following purple blocks:

Today, since I finished all the remaining required blocks, I had some more fun and made these five purple blocks.  Other than two purple blocks that I don't have enough scraps in the same colour family, I have completed all the purple.  Now I can move back to doing the blues or start cutting some of the other colours.  We'll see....

I thought I'd throw this picture in as well, to show you the design wall, with all the blocks I have done so far.  It's going faster then I thought it would, which is great!!

With all the different colours that I have lined up to do, I may have to separate some of these blocks to make two quilts.  Maybe I'll do a blue, green and red quilt, then a purple, pink and orange quilt....  I'm not sure at the moment, so I'll decide that later.  Right now I am just going to continue through the colours and enjoy the process along the way.
